It's a decent "sporty" car. It's much bigger than I expected it to be. Actually, everything is bigger compared to a Miata. The steering is as connected as my NC Miata, so cut all that "This website said this and this website said that against the car." crap. Acceleration wise, it's ok. In sport mode, it goes but you don't feel it.
The only issues I have with the car is the grey trim, grey seats and the brakes. The grey trims makes it look cheap and the brakes aren't grippy enough for my taste (is it used so I can fix it with better parts). Otherwise, it looks great and the materials feels and looks great. It turns as good as my NC with used summer tires. If it had better brakes and grey trim painted black (plastidip can fix this), I'd take it.

Is it because the brakes are regenerative?

I thought about that and asked the seller. He couldn't give me a good answer since the service guys were already out, but he told me the brakes are the same as every car...still vague.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think they are regenerative. That would explain their vagueness.

I'm really fascinated by this car. In spite of its hybrid drivetrain, it can't be too bad, just based on how small it is. It's like the spiritual successor of the CR-X. I just hope it can handle driving in wet conditions better than one.

Nice. I've always liked the CR-Z.

It is down on power a little, but that just means it's a good "slow car fast" candidate lol

such a cool little car. In Germany, I believe, they're sold with back seats too! If that were an option here, it's something I'd totally consider. Then again I would still consider it even without the seats. Would be a nice DD

I had the same sort of opinion when I drove one: it's much better than reviewers make it out to be. Honestly my biggest gripe is it only has two seats.

That too. I wanted something that seats at least 4. But insurance and gas wise, it's an interesting choice.

Definitely not as good as an CR-X. You feel that heavyness, but it's not that bad. I can live with it.

I does a good sound when you go full out on Sport mode! It's funny in eco mode since the engine doesn't want you to accelerate at all. It feels like 100 hp just got removed.

I found it by mistake lol.

I meant the vagueness of the answer from the seller. The brakes feels like it had cheap pads.

Glad to see that someone on the internet likes this thing. Never driven one, but I love how they look.

You should, it's fun to see the engine shut down on you when you do a full stop and start right up when you're ready to go. The interior quality is great seriously and it's a decent drive.
